If you are looking to be part of a team post here to find three more people to be part of it. There must be a Jounin member in the team and the team must be approved by an admin/moderator, then the team can begin doing missions together.
Once you have a full team you should apply here for a mission. If no-one is playing the Kage from your chosen village selected Admin will act as the Kage in order to give you a mission.
